Golf is considered one of the most relaxing sports. One advantage is the fact that you stay in shape without a great physical effort, enjoying a natural meeting. Moreover, it encourages concentration and helps to eliminate tension. Golf has no sex or age. You can play golf since childhood to old age, it is good for people considered to be physically strong or weak, as an equal, even alone, against their own handicap. It is played outdoors, in green, walking in touch with nature, with trees, sea, lakes, streams, among birds and flowers, in the rain and sun, all year round. Fundamentally, golf combats stress, as it increases the concentration and determination to overcome every day. No doubt, it is an endless challenge to physical and mental qualities of man. In Brazil, golf is about 100 years old.
