The traditional Feijoada of Bahia Plaza is offered on Sundays from noon to 2:30 p.m. in the hotel’s restaurant. All made in iron pots, offers the ingredients separately so you can decide which one will taste. At the entrance, bean stew, crackling, charque cookie, codfish, kibe or with the famous cassava thigh, in addition to various cachaças, caipirinha or the traditional coconut beating.
