Located in the heart of the Historic Center of Porto Alegre, Plaza Hub has two floors with furnished offices on the side tower at the Plaza Sao Rafael Hotel. The seventh floor was restructured to serve a single company with an amplified workspace and meeting room. The sixth floor consists of 10 rooms that can be used as offices for the exclusive use of four, six or nine people. Spaces and services are offered for those looking for peace and security to work.

The difference is the possibility to also enjoy the Espresso Plaza coffee shop and the Premium Plaza Restaurant inside the Hotel. For office rentals, the possibility increases and includes the use of leisure areas on the rooftop, with a swimming lane, sauna, outdoor deck and fitness center.
