The Plaza’s Feijoada has been offered for more than ten years in the Plaza Caldas da Imperatriz every Saturday, from noon to 2:30 p.m., during the months of colder weather (between May and September). Its presentation has snacks (sausage, crackers, fried aipim, among others) accompanied by bean broth and aperitif with barrel cachaça at the entrance. Then, the authentic Feijoada in iron pots, with the ingredients separated so that you can choose what you want to eat: paio, tenderloin, sausage or other. Varied accompaniments and the buffet with more than a dozen types of desserts complete the delicious Feijoada.
