The SPA Plaza Caldas da Imperatriz offers three different programs designed to let you enjoy your time and renew your energies with lots of fresh air and all the benefits of thermal waters. In any of the options breakfast, lunch and dinner are included, all low calorie (from 850 to 950 calories per day) and served in the SPA restaurant. In addition, you will have the dressing room, the leisure area, bathrobe and towels available.

Check out the programs and book yours now. The Programs are offered Monday through Saturday:

• RELAX SPA: includes: accommodation, medical evaluation, 6 meals a day in the exclusive Spa restaurant, guidance on physical activity, nutrition counseling, hiking, stretching classes, gymnastics, aerobics and relaxation in the thermal waters, recreational activities (bingo, live music, Canto D’Água Nightclub), and four preset therapies per day: Relaxing Massage, Gommage, Exfoliation, Body Hydration, Facial Hydration , Aromatherapy and Hair Moisturizing, Termoslim, Wine Bath, Three-dimensional, Facial Drainage, Scheldt Feet, Hand Hydration with Paraffin.

• SLIMMING SPA: includes: accommodation, medical evaluation, 6 meals a day in the exclusive Spa restaurant, guidance on physical activity, nutrition counseling, hiking, stretching classes, gymnastics, aerobics and relaxation in the thermal waters, dance classes and four preset therapies per day: Bamboo Massage, Madero Therapy / Wood Therapy, Turbocharged Massage, Gommage, Exfoliation, Body Hydration, Facial Drainage, Facial Moisturizing with Clay, Three-dimensional, Hair Moisturizing, Bio Bath Salt, Termoslim, Pressotherapy and Ultrasound (highly effective, fast and painless – removes fat and cellulite).

• DETOX SPA: includes: accommodation, medical evaluation, 6 meals a day in the exclusive Spa restaurant, guidance on physical activity, nutrition counseling, hiking, stretching classes, aerobics and relaxation in the thermal waters, dance classes.
